SpotOn can be used on any Windows computer and provides real time visibility of where vehicles are 24/7.  The main window shows live location information on vehicles and includes street level mapping and satellite overlays.  A simple table shows your vehicles last locations, the duration of their visit and the distance traveled between locations. All information can then be called up historically where required

Should you require more detail, a double click on a vehicle opens the journey details screen, which provides detailed route mapping and visit information over any date range.  In additional to this a vehicles journey including all stops can be played back step by step allowing optimisation of routes and schedules.

SpotOn includes a powerful reporting engine which can produce a wide range of reports to help manage your drivers.  These reports include Timesheet, Mileage, Out Of Hours, Activity, Daily Visits and many more.

Reports can be produced on screen or saved in PDF, Excel or Word format and are branded with your own company logo, making them ideal for proof of visit or for invoicing purposes

SpotOn stores tracking information for 2 years and reports can be run over any period of time.  Report scheduling, search facilities, Geofencing with automatic notifications and highlighting of exceptional events (i.e. speeding or late starts) are included.

The data received is stored securely for 2 years and can be viewed live or through historic management reports by using the SpotOn application.  SpotOn can track any number of vehicles anywhere in the UK and Europe and is available as a fixed installation version, or as a battery powered portable version.
